Welcome to TopWorkPh!

We are pleased to welcome you to TopWorkPh, a platform dedicated to connecting skilled workers (referred to as “TopWorkers”) with clients seeking their expertise. By signing up for and using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

General Agreement:

By using the services provided by TopWorkPh, all Topworkers agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the conditions under which TopWorkPh will provide marketing and website maintenance services, as well as the agreed-upon payment method.

Registration and Account Responsibility:

Upon registration, TopWorkers must provide accurate personal and professional information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, please notify TopWorkPh immediately.

Code of Conduct:

All TopWorkers must adhere to the following code of conduct:

1. Provide honest, high-quality work to clients.
2. Communicate promptly and professionally with clients and with TopWorkPh support.
3. Refrain from any fraudulent or misleading behavior while using the platform.
4. Respect the rights of clients and other workers.

Service Fee:

TopWorkPh shall receive 15% of the total labor price for each job completed. This fee is considered compensation for the marketing services provided and the maintenance of the website platform. This 15% will be automatically deducted from the total amount paid by the client.

Payment Terms:

All payments for completed work will be processed through one of the following methods:

Gcash: Topworkers agree to provide a valid Gcash account number for receiving payments.

Bank Transfer: Alternatively, workers may provide valid bank account details to receive payments via bank transfer.

All workers must ensure that their provided payment information is accurate to avoid delays in payment processing.

Agreement to Payment Methods:

By accepting work through the TopWorkPh platform, topworkers agree that the payment will be made only via Gcash or Bank Transfer. TopWorkPh will not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect payment details provided by the worker.

Account Termination:

TopWorkPh reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms and conditions, engage in misconduct, or misuse the platform.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

TopWorkPh reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. topworkers will be notified of any updates, and continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Philippines.
